BH Series Over Heat Thermal Cut Off Fuse

Products Description

BH series thermal protector is a bimetallic sheet with a certain geometric shape without auxiliary mechanism. They can protect over current, over temperature. They are firmly sealed and have small internal resistance and no noise. BH series are automatic reset. When an electric current passes through a bimetal that is sensitive to temperature and current, the state of the bimetal can be changed by over-temperature or over-current, thus cutting off the circuit or switching on the circuit. BH Series protectors are safer than normal protectors, with no temperature effect lag in the case of sudden high currents.

There are 3 major popular models of BH serires. They are BH-A1D, BH-B2D and BH-TB02. Each one has different appreance and performance. 

BH Series Characteristic

BH product only relies on the bimetallic sheet's self-sensing and current thermal effect to change the state of bimetallic components rapidly. It directly drives the contact to automatically cut off and switch on the circuit, plays the role of over-heat and overload protection, and solves the current surge. The problem of temperature lag has the advantages of small internal resistance, small volume, firm seal, safer and more sensitive than the usual protector.

Application

BH series products are usually used for AC 220v /50Hz one phase motors to protect motor from over temperature caused by unusual state such as overload or blocked up. They are also used for protecting against over temperature & temperature control in heater, fluorescent ballast, IC etc.
