Installation

Ensure that the circuit is powered off and all capacitors are discharged before handling the fuse.

Locate the location of the blown or damaged fuse on the circuit board.

Use the desoldering braid or pump to remove any excess solder from the pads on the circuit board.

Apply a small amount of flux to the pads where the fuse will be installed.

Use the tweezers to carefully place the 2410 SMD chip fuse onto the pads.

Heat the pads using the soldering iron and add a small amount of solder to each pad to secure the fuse in place.

Allow the solder to cool and inspect the joints to ensure they are shiny and smooth.
