There are 3 models for plastic cabinet manual reset type circuit breaker. They are E536, E537 and E538, one of the members of 10-32 stud circuit breaker, which is widly used in vehicle, marine, battery chargers etc. This series are heavy duty circuit breakers from 5A to 50A and can be applied to 6-28V DC applications.

Manual reset circuit breaker is differnt from auto reset type, not only the working principle, but also the exterior appearance. There's a small round black button on the side of copper column which is the battery stud. This button will pop out as soon as the breaker detects overload or short circuit conditions. It requires manually push the button to reset the circuit.

Product introduction

E536, E537 and E538 belong to Type Ⅲ manual reset stud circuit breaker. The cabinet is made of plastic.

E536 is a stud mounting type. E537 is a horizontal mounting bracket, and E538 is a parallel mounting bracket.

Unlike automatic reset circuit breakers, which reset themselves after the fault condition is resolved, manual reset circuit breakers require human intervention to restore power. Once the overcurrent event is detected and the circuit breaker trips, it needs to be manually reset by the user to resume normal operation.

Studs Illustration

The silver column (AUX) indicates in and the copper column (BAT) indicates out. They only protect one way. The bolt has a battery and power label. The gold studs are battery studs.
