E96 circuit breaker is made of thermo plastic. The UL 94V-0 thermoplastic cable studs are equipped with thermoplastic elastic insulation cover. The covering device of the base is provided with a thermoplastic body stud insulator.

The automatic reset circuit breaker has a connecting plate consisting of two thermally-sensitive metals. When it reaches the specified temperature, the plate shrinks, cutting off the current. When the circuit breaker board cools down, it will resume the connection, but it will continue to trip until the fault is corrected.

E96 circuit breaker is mainly used in truck, bus system, RV ship electrical system of DC sound system. As an additional protection for circuit system accessories and for applications such as lifting gates, it has external fire and rain protection.

• Housing is thermal plastic UL rated 94V0.

• Splash and dust proof at IP67 grade.

• Operating temperature: -32℃ to 82℃(-25℉to 180℉)

• Storage temperature:-34℃ to 149 ℃(-30℉ to 300℉)

• Stud size: 3/8"-16, 5/16"-18 and 1/4"-28 threads per inch.

• Torque rating: 1/4"@100in-lb(11.3Nm), 3/8" 5/16"@ 150in-lb(17Nm)

• Type 1-automatic reset, Type 3- manual reset (with switchable)

• Panel mount, protective stud insulators included.

• Rivet by cooper with nickel plated, Stud by stainless.

• Meet SAE J1428, J1625,J553(≤200A), J1171, UL1500(lgnition protected)
