Additionally, it offers easy installation on panels with a thickness ranging from 1mm to 6mm, without the need for any tools, making it a user-friendly solution for various applications.
Features of Terminal Block
1. High-quality imported insulating materials: The insulating material of the connector adopts original imported nylon PA66, ensuring that the insulating components have excellent insulation, flame resistance, toughness, and resistance to aging.
2. Good electrical performance: The press-fit portion of the all-copper conductive strip is imprinted with transverse teeth and coated with bright tin, which has excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, ensuring very low contact resistance and good airtightness. The transverse grooves on the conductive strip can cut through any oxidation layer that may be present on the wire, ensuring a strong and reliable connection resistant to tension.
3. Reliable mechanical performance: During the tightening process of the screw, the tongue with threaded wire in the press-fit frame springs up, creating a self-locking effect between the press-fit frame and the screw due to the resulting reactive force on the screw. The elasticity of the press-fit frame itself can compensate for deformations caused by thermal expansion and contraction, achieving maintenance-free operation of the product. The tightening torque exceeds the national standard by 50%.
4. Easy installation: It can be installed on panels with a thickness ranging from 1mm to 6mm without the need for any tools; it can be pre-installed easily on panels with circular pre-drilled holes.
